HAMMER
THE MASH

Ten barrels, two brewers and a canning line that runs on Thursdays. Everything we make gets poured forty feet from the tank it came out of.

The core lineup

SIX BEERS
ALWAYS ON

These six never leave the wall. Everything else rotates, which is a polite way of saying it is gone by Sunday. Ask what is on the chalkboard and the answer changes weekly.

Hammerfall

West Coast IPA

Pine, grapefruit pith, a dry bitter finish that does not apologise.

IBU62

Quench Order

Pilsner

Cracker malt, noble hops, cold and clean and gone too fast.

ABV4.8%
IBU28

Blacksmith

Dry Irish Stout

Roasted barley, dark chocolate, a coffee bite on the back end.

ABV5.2%
IBU38

Hazy Ledger

New England IPA

Mango, tangerine, soft as a thumb. Brewed and canned the same week.

ABV6.4%
IBU34

Coldwater

Kolsch

Bready and bright. The one we drink after we clean the tanks.

The label wall

CANNED
ON THURSDAY

Four packs go out the roll up door the same afternoon they come off the line. If a can has a date on it older than a month, we did something wrong.
