Grooming
Every groom is one dog, one table, one groomer, start to finish. Nobody waits in a crate under a dryer and nobody goes home damp. If your dog finds it hard, we stop and try again another day.
Bath, blow out, clip, nails and ears. Two hours, one dog at a time, no cages and no waiting around wet.
For the coats that only need a reset. In and out in ninety minutes and smelling like a clean towel.
A gentle introduction to clippers, water and the sound of a dryer. Half an hour, no pressure, lots of cheese.
Boarding suites
Each suite is a proper room with a door, a window and a bed off the floor. Bring their blanket, bring their food, bring the toy that squeaks. It all comes back with them.

Our standard suite. A raised orthopaedic bed, underfloor heating and a window onto the play yard so nothing feels like a kennel.
Ground floor with a private door onto a fenced patch of grass, for the dogs who like their own front door.
The big one, sized for two dogs from the same house, with a sofa they are entirely allowed on.
Seven nights or more in any suite, with a groom on the last morning so they go home looking like they missed you.
A day in the life
No dog is left in a room all day and no dog is out in the yard all day either. The schedule below is the real one, printed on the wall by the door, and you are welcome to arrive unannounced and check.
Doors open, breakfast served in the suite, and a first walk around the field while it is still cool.
Small groups matched on size and temperament. Water buckets everywhere, shade at both ends.
Back to the suites for a nap. Every dog gets a proper rest, whether they think they want one or not.
Scent games, puzzle feeders, and a paddling pool when the day is warm enough to earn it.
The long one. This is the session that means they sleep on the drive home at the end of the week.
Fed to your instructions, then a photo and a note sent to your phone before lights out.

Groups are matched on size and how they play, never on how many we can fit through the gate. Two long sessions a day, shade at both ends, and water buckets everywhere you look.
Booking
Every new dog comes for a free half day first, so they meet the yard and the team before they ever stay a night. If it is not a fit, we will tell you honestly and point you somewhere that is.
Nothing is charged until after the trial visit. Cancel any time.
